After a successful launch last season, LALIGA’s initiative to connect with foreign fans has garnered positive feedback, prompting a partnership with TW Events to further expand its international reach. LA LIGA will create a global audience through its expertise in travel packages, extensive clientele, and experience in hospitality. Moreover, LALIGA and TW Events have allowed other Spanish clubs to retroactively join this initiative, enhancing their global presence.
Following a successful launch last season, LALIGA’s initiative to connect with foreign fans has received positive feedback. This has led to an expanded commitment to international audiences through a partnership with TW Events. This agency promotes and sells tickets for global events. LALIGA and TW Events have also allowed other Spanish clubs to retroactively join this initiative, enhancing their international reach and visibility.
This partnership will open new international markets to LALIGA and its clubs, particularly in regions like Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. The company’s previous experience in motorsports and football has allowed them to build a strong reputation in these regions, with these markets enjoying the most substantial presence among their clients.
As part of the agreement, TW Events will purchase tickets and hospitality seats in advance from clubs for various LALIGA EA SPORTS and LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches during the 2024/25 season. The agency will then tailor these packages to its clientele, organizing travel, cultural visits, and other activities around the matches to attract foreign customers and promote tourism through football. While the agreement has been formalized, LALIGA and TW Events have left the door open for other Spanish professional football clubs to retroactively join this initiative, benefiting them from new opportunities and enhancing their global visibility. This flexibility encourages broader participation, helping to expand LALIGA’s reach and appeal among international audiences.
Regarding the agreement, Milos Nenadovic, Head of the Business Infrastructure Vertical at the LA LIGA Clubs Office, stated: “We’re excited to work with TW Events, as their presence in Asia, the Middle East, and US markets will bring many fans closer to our league. Their expertise in creating football-focused travel packages will also help our clubs make their matches more attractive to overseas customers. TW Events fits perfectly with our growing international ticketing project which has already shown great results since its launch last year”.

Internally, we have made a quantitative leap forward by being able to include thousands of tickets from LA LIGA EA SPORTS and LALIGA HYPERMOTION teams in our inventory, which allows us to uphold the high standards established upon our formation. This new deal with TW Events strengthens the positive momentum established in the previous season through the LA LIGA Clubs Office’s project, which successfully increased foreign attendance at stadiums. It has allowed fans from over 40 countries to watch LA LIGA matches live, enriching their experience and cultivating a worldwide community of football fans. This collaboration advances La Liga’s objective of becoming the preeminent worldwide brand in sports entertainment and raises its profile abroad.
